Globe Food Protech™ Slicer w/ 13" Precise Edge™ Knife

The Globe Food 4600P slicer has the Precise Edge™ knife to make slicing cheese and meats easy. This slicer has many safety features such as table lockout when the knife cover is removed to protect the operator. The food chute must be pulled toward the operator in order to start slicing and the slicer returns to this position when the slicer is shut off. This slicer will shut off after 10 seconds of non-use.
