Question:

How long is the warranty on this product? Labor and Parts, Compressor? Any hard copy from manufacture?

Answer:

Hello, this manufacturer warrants all of its new equipment to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of the original installation or 15 months after shipment date from the manufacturer. The only exceptions are that refrigerator and freezer compressors units and parts are warranted for an additional four years. Rubber seals, lights, and gaskets are warranted for 90 days. Thank you!
