I was just wondering if you can use this on a bbq to cook the oysters? if you could let me know I will purchase if so. Thank you Christina

ANSWER
Hello, according to the manufacturer this plate can withstand temperatures up to 650 degrees F. They recommended that it not be used over a direct flame. They said that it can be used on a grill, but the plate would be blackened by it and would not return to its original color. Thank you!
