The Globe Food Equipment G12 manual slicer features a 12" chromed ground knife that lasts longer and is easy to sharpen. The removable chute makes this slicer easy to clean. This slicer comes with a slice deflector, knife cover, knife sharpener and a no voltage release relay system.
