Blodgett Full Size Counter / Stand Gas Convection Single Oven

The Blodgett CNVX-14 Series Combi Ovens are the future of cooking. These combi ovens will last for years and have all the features needed to increase production and decrease labor and maintenance costs. CNVX-14 ovens are eco-friendly and offer the lowest cost of ownership. These ovens use less water than any other combi oven on the market today. The exclusive steam-on-demand feature provides accelerated cooking at the touch of a button. The Vario-Steam® mode provides temperature-controlled steam, perfect for seafood. The low temperature roast and hold feature with temperature probe allows you to roast and then hold to serve later. There is a deliming indicator that lets you know when it is time to delime. These ovens are available in gas or electric and are stackable to save space.
