Blodgett Gas Convection Roll-In Dbl Oven w/ 2 Base Sections and Legs

Blodgett convections ovens will provide you with years of trouble-free operation. These ovens feature a full angle-iron frame, a double sided porcelain baking compartment liner, rigid framed insulation and easy access and controls. Blodgett's patented Dual Flow heating system uses the heat twice. A dual-blower wheel pulls in hot air and mixes it with hot air already present in the baking compartment. Heavy duty doors are triple bolted to the angle iron frame and we give you a 5 year door warranty. The Blodgett convection ovens are available in gas or electric and either full or half size. Order the basic oven or you can get it loaded with options to suit your needs.
