Understanding the limitations of having a commercial fridge in a residential application (no "cubbyhole" or bin storage and no freezer), my only real complaint is that the fan is on 24/7 (hence only my 4-star rating). That said, I believe that constant fan is responsible for keeping the food fresher longer and odor free, a big plus. The beef dog bones were getting stinky and I wasn't aware of that until I took them out of the fridge. Unwrapped butter takes on no strange flavors. Fortunately, the fridge and its fan is in the pantry and not out in the kitchen/great room. I will need to purchase additional shelves, which are not inexpensive, though well made. Overall, the fridge is sturdy and seems well made and I'm happy with my sight-unseen internet purchase.
