Star® Mfg. Star-Max® 15 lb Electric Fryer w/ Two Baskets

Star-Max® electric fryers are easy to use and designed to cook fries, onion rings, and more. The 301HLD model fryer has a heavy duty 15 pound lift-out nickel plated kettle for easy draining of oil. The immersion type tubular heating elements provide even heat and flip up for easy cleaning. The temperature ranges from 200° to 375°F and this fryer provides the ability to change temperature quickly. The hi-limit safety thermostat and on-off switch provides easy operation. The fryer cabinet is made from stainless steel for maintenance free operation.
