Blodgett 3 Pan Electric Table Top Boiler Free Convection Steamer

Blodgett pressureless convection steamers uses high velocity dry steam to provide efficient, consistent results. These steamers are available with either steam generators or cabinet boiler bases in a variety of sizes. The exterior is polished 304 stainless steel with a 316 stainless steel liner in the cooking compartment. The coved corners in the lining allow for easy cleaning. The easy open door with a hands free quick release handle has a 5 year warranty. The auto steam generator blowdown reduces mineral buildup. The separate cold water condenser for each steam compartment saves you money on the cost of filtered water.
