what is the maximum capacity of this unit for 12"x20" steam table pans? what is the maximum capacity of this unit for 18"x26" sheet pans? This was my response when asking earlier, my questions has not been answered: Kristen from ecommerce said: "All the tray slides are optional accessories. Answer:
There are three shelves in this holding cabinet. Each shelf can hold one 18" x 26" pan, or two 12" x 20" pans. So in total you can hold three 18 " x 26" pans, six 12" x 20" pans, or some combination of the two. |
