QUESTION
My BUNN SVAP Airpot Model # 36725.0000, has a broken lever lock "Plunger" made out of plastic. This is the plastic plunger that the lever lock depresses against the Bellow Cap to despense the liquid contained in the Airpot. Where can I purchase a replacement part for the "Plunger"?

How do I get the bellow cap out to clean it?

ANSWER
Hello, there are four tabs inside the lid. Use a small, thin screwdriver and insert it between the inside lid and the outside lip of the lid.
