How do you attach the lamp to the bulb? Does it have a metal clamp that attaches to the candelabra light? What is the maximum wattage the shade can take?

Hi. The shade sits on top of the lamp, item #860387. It uses SL24 Soft Light liquid wax candles. Thanks!
