can I use the copper skillet on a glass cooktop?

Answer:

Hi. This Matfer Bourgeat Copper Frying Pan, 11" has a stainless steel lining, and is for use on all gas/electric hobs except induction type cooktops. Thanks!

I perched this frying pan from you last December. Matfer Bourgeat says there is on lid available for this pan. Can you recommend a lid, maybe a glass lid, that will work with this frying pan?

Hello, at this time we do not carry a lid that is designed for this specific pan. We also currently do not have a glass lid that would fit this pan. Thank you!
