I use the thermometer for caramel, sugar work, chocolate, and breads. It works fantastic, very precise, and fast.
I am really happy with this product.
I recommend it for any work and it is easy to read.

This thermometer outputs temperatures without decimals (75).

This item says it has the ability to be field calibrated. Is it hard to do? How do you preform this option?

This thermometer is actually able to be calibrated by using the front switches.

How can I get the manual for this product. I have 2 and they both say OL on them and will not work. Thanks,

Hi. There is no manual available for this. The "OL" could mean a few different things. Either the probe is plugged in backwards, the unit is defective, or not completely sealed or plugged in. If you cannot reset it to work, then it would need to be sent to Taylor for repair. |
