Star® Grill-Max® flat roller grills have tubular stainless steel elements mounted in a floating system that allows for lateral expansion. This grill provides ample grilling space for additional sales and increased profits. The chrome plated rollers help prevent sticking and the infinite temperature controls provide more linear heat for better results.
