i need replacement hinges for this model i believe it is EAK180A axle repair kit type 5 rectan i was wondering if you carried those

QUESTION
During a recent inspection, we were deducted points for not having a silicone cover over the handle. Is there anything you can email me that states the reasons a silicone cover is not necessary for this particular chafer? I know the handle does not heat, but I need some sort of documentation for the inspector if that is possible. Or if you make a silicone handle,(as pointless as I realize it is)maybe I could just order one. Any help on this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Hello, we are unable to provide documentation on this matter. We do not currently carry a silicone cover that is made for this chafer. We would recommend contacting the Spring USA manufacturer directly at 1-800-535-8974. They may be able to provide you with documentation that this specific chafer does or does not need to have a handle cover. The requirements for the cover may vary by state also. Thank you!
