This Vollrath® Cayenne® Flat Top Electric Griddle is an ideal cooking surface for a variety of food service operations. It has fast startup and recovery times, and independent controls per its 12" heating zones. This griddle has a heavy-duty polished cooking surface, and back and side splashes to prevent splatters and spills. This griddle is ETL and NSF Listed.

QUESTION
This produce have a good review about cooking on live station or would you recommend the gas flat top griddle?

ANSWER
According to the Vollrath catalog, the gas models are built more for heavy duty everyday use and the electric griddles are built more for buffets, brunches or catering. Hope that helps!
