QUESTION
I'm looking for a sieve that is practical for a small bakery. I can't really tell much about this one, and am wondering how it works. Spinning? What are the 3 different parts? Thanks!

ANSWER
Hi. For this flour sieve, you'd add the flour into it and just shake out the flour to sift it. Similar to using a fine mesh colander. Allied Metal Spinning is the name of the manufacturer. Some more information: .01" wire thickness, 16" diameter. It is the stainless steel sifter on the right.

QUESTION
What micron size are the different sitfs?

ANSWER
Item #6003230 is one 16 inch Flour Sieve. The mesh is .84mm and the wire thickness is .28mm. Thank you.
