Prepare 850 servings in 3 hours or less! The vegetable prep attachment is specially designed for quality, continuous feed dicing, slicing, shredding, grating and julienne. This processor accommodates 21 different processing plates and 3 different size dicing kits. The bowl attachment is designed for vertical cutting and mixing: mix, chop, pure blend, mix and knead doughs.

Question:

We make are own potato chips using a mandolin, which takes a lot of time. Is this model that would best suit my needs? R2Dice Ultra 3 2hp combination food processor

Answer:

Hi. This model has a ton of features and can also dice vegetables. If you only need to slice potatos, take a look at the R2N (item number 586045), and use the 1/32" slicing plate (recommended for paper thin slices).
