bought one of your processors over 15yrs ago, came with a fine grater blade want a new processor but cannot find it anywhere. I bought it from Zabars upper West side .

Hi. All of their machines are great. If you do a lot of food processing, then the more expensive models are recommended. It just depends on what you need. Please take a look at the manufacturer's website for their literature and videos to see which model would suit your needs. Thanks!

what is the warranty on the robot coupe r100....how much for the 14mm disc?

Hi. This is from Robot Coupe's website: "One year limited warranty to the original purchaser from date of purchase against defects in parts and workmanship, includes coverage on parts and labor for all repairs: F.O.B. Factory, Jackson, Mississippi or authorized Service Agency. All shipping charges paid by owner. Parts used in repair or ordered separatelyhave a warranty of 90 days. For warranty coverage, customer must provide a copy of dated sales or delivery receipt before warranty repairs are begun." The largest disc available for this machine is 9mm (item #586069). The 14mm works on other units. Thanks! |
