Question:

Need to know what the temperature settings are in F. What is the actual temp in F degrees at the lowest and highest settings? Need to know if it can be used for chocolate melting?

Answer:

This has a temperature range of 80-200 degrees F and will maintain items at 140-150 degree F. This may not be the best item to melt chocolate in. Thank you.
