QUESTION
What pans and lids can I order for this product in serving in four or three pans at one time? I would like to place the order asap

ANSWER
You can use a combination of Vollrath third or fourth size pans and can go up to 4” deep. The third size pans are models 30302, 30312 (Item 100218), 30322 (Item 100211), 30342 (Item 100201). The fourth size pans are models 30402, 30412, 30422 (Item 100051), 30442 (Item 100308). The solid 1/3 pan lid is model 75130 (Item 117247) and the slotted lid is model 75230 (Item 100424). The solid 1/4 size pan lid is model 75140 (Item 117248) and the slotted lid is model 75240 (Item 100431). Thanks!

QUESTION
Does this unit have a dial for adjusting temps?

ANSWER
Hello, this unit has a heat control switch. The higher the number the higher the temperature, the lower the number the lower the temperature. This unit is designed to hold foods at temperatures above 140 degrees F. Thank you!
