I want to know is this product came with the wet blade assembly and if that fix for a Vitamix Super 5000 models.

Hello, this container does come with a wet blade assembly. It is for use with Vita-Prep and Vita-Pro Blenders. We currently do not carry the Vitamix Super 5000 model.
