Question:
can this switch also be used for the high/low speed switch?
Answer:
This switch is to be used only on for the on and off portion. It will not work of the speed control.

what is the item number for the other switch on the blender? not the control knob the one that starts the blending

The other switch's item number is 580348.

to replace these switches do you just pry the old one out of blender front then unplug wire out of back of plug then plug wire into new switch and push the new switch back into blender face ?
