Description

The SteamCraft® Gemini™ steamer is the fastest cooking steamer on the market with a high efficiency gas powered burner. These steamers save money, energy, and water reducing your operating costs. These steamers also have maintenance‐free brass steam jets for high velocity steam and a heavy‐duty 14 gauge stainless steel construction, and easy access controls in front.

Cooking Capacity: (10) 12" x 20" x 2‐0.5" deep cafeteria pans, five each compartment
(2) Independent cooking compartments each with its' own generator, gas valve and water level controls
High efficiency gas power burner (forced air) generator (72M BTU per compartment)
Easy access cleaning port for each generator with a deliming port located on the outside, top of the unit
Generator steam standby mode holds generator at a steaming temperature for quick start cooking
Each compartment has one, 60‐minute electro‐mechanical timer with "SureCook" load compensating feature
14 Gauge, 304 stainless steel compartment door, cooking cavity and steam generator
Two‐piece self‐adjusting compartment door provides an airtight seal and has reversible door gasket for extended life
Gemini drain/power control system with ball valve style drain that automatically turns power ON/OFF
Brass steam jets distribute even, high velocity steam for faster cooking times
Front‐access generator controls with a pullout drawer for easy service
6" Stainless steel adjustable legs with flanged feet
Steam shut‐off switch when compartment door is opened
60 Hz, single phase

QUESTION
HOW OFTEN SHOULD WE BE DESCALING THIS UNIT. TY

ANSWER
Steam generators should be descaled at least once a month, depending on scale buildup. Alternately, they can be descaled weekly with smaller amounts of solution, if this frequency better suits your maintenance schedule. An operating manual will be uploaded to the "Literature" tab tomorrow.
