Is this pan oven proof?

Hi. Yes, this pan is oven proof. TriVent® Silicone Handles are rated at 450°F (232°C) for stovetop or oven use.

Do I need to temper this pan? If so how do I do it best? Why did nt this info come with the pan. No care and use info came with the pan, I want to wash and use it to optimize its life span
