Chef&Sommelier Oenology Open Up 7 oz Effervescent Glass

This 7 oz effervescent glass features the contemporary and innovative design of the Open Up line, which angles sharply outward from the top of the stem, then gently back inwards towards the rim. The angled bowl base allows the release of molecules necessary for young wines to rapidly and perfectly oxygenate, and the rounded upper bowl concentrates aromas around the finely edged rim for a pleasant overall drinking experience. This glass is also made from Kwarx® advanced material, which offers superior brilliance and transparency while maintaining strength.
