1) What is the diameter of the bowl? 2)Does the bowl rotate and the scraper automatically scrape while the chocolate is heating and cooling? I.e. the melted chocolate is only in half the bowl?
Answer:
This bowl has a 11 3/4" diameter. The bowl does not rotate. Thank you.
