These Cleveland Range kettle‐mixers have an energy efficient forced air heating system that cooks evenly and saves you money. It allows you to cook and mix all in one space saving unit. The steam jacket kettle is permanently filled with treated water so you never have to empty or refill. It heats evenly, with no hot spots, for great results. The mixer features variable speed control for the agitator and scraper.
