For years I've been keeping an eye out for round-bottom glass bowls in the 6-8 cup (7-8") range in stores with no luck. Finally I went online and eventually found these. They're the perfect size and shape for serving individual portions of pastas, cereals, and entree' salads; displaying small fruits & vegs; microwaving puddings and sauces; whisking (except foams); and mise en place of multi-cup ingredients like flour. The stackable design is considerably heavier than the non-stackable, which some may not like, but it also makes them more durable.
Is this picture of ONE bowl, or does it show how 2 bowls stacks? I am trying to figure out whether the bowl you sell is a larger version of : http://www.chefsfirst.com/v/vspfiles/photos/CAR8000655-2T.jpg
