Gourmet Display® 48 x 24 Black Metal Ice Carving Pedestal

This large ice carving pedestal from Gourmet Display® is perfect for parties, banquet facilities or catered events! It is ideal for double wide horizontal ice sculptures or for any iced food or beverage presentation. It can hold ice sculptures up to 500 pounds and includes a high density, chip resistant clear pan made from durable PETG. This ice carving pedestal also includes a hose and built-in threaded drain that is recessed for protection. The metal stand features a special grade powder-coat finish that is FDA approved food safe.
