Question:

Can I use this produce to freeze chicken on sheet pans to keep the chicken from sticking to pan and of course the acetate sheets or will it stick or tear? In other words will the chicken stick to paper because it is wet chicken?

Answer:

This acetate sheet is a non-stick surface but it is mostly for chocolate work or pastries.
