IS there a difference in saw blades. Do some only cut meat and not bone? How do you know which one will cut bone if there is a difference?

Hello, this blade is a replacement part for the Hobart Meat Saw (item #381364), and is listed for bone-in meat. There are certain saw blades that are probably less strong and are more for cutting meat without bones (or with smaller bones), but the saw should be listed as to what it can be used for.
