How many racks does this oven have? How many trays can it hold?
Answer:
Hi, this oven can hold eighteen, 18" X 26" pans on six metal trays with three pans each. Thanks!

Question:
I use this oven for making bagels. Do use have a bagel prep table that goes with the oven and my oven has a water connection to attach a spray. My old prep table is on wheels and one ends has a drain connection to a floor drain. I need to replace it.
Answer:
Hi. Baxter no longer manufacturers the SP900 bagel sink table or any other kind of bagel prep table. Sorry, we do not have anything similar to that.
