QUESTION
we use 24" wide film. Is the cutting blade 24" wide? I have heard some complaints that it is only 22" leaving 1 inch on each side not cut?

As long as that it fits the dimensions of the dispenser then it sould work.

QUESTION
is the cutting blade replaceable? if so can extra blades be purchase with the order.

ANSWER
The blade is replaceable the model number is RB6. You would have to get that item special ordered right now. If you call 1(866)634-8927 someone can help you ordering that item and try to special order the blades.
