Star® Mfg Ultra-Max® 12" Wide Gas Hot Plate
Ultra-Max® gas hot plates are available in 2, 4, 6, and 8 burner styles and suitable for a variety of pan sizes. The 30,000 BTU 2-piece burners provide maximum performance and control, plus these burners will not clog. The heavy-duty cast iron grates stand up to years of use even in the busiest kitchens. The front control panel remains cool-to-the-touch during use and the bull nose front provides protection. Each hot plate has a removable crumb tray for easy cleaning.
