It lets you transfer dry produce from carton to bin to cooler with minimal handling, or you can wash and rinse produce in it, then roll it directly to the kitchen for prep. Both capabilities help reduce cross-contamination. The clear lid is made of virtually unbreakable Camwear® polycarbonate and lets you take inventory at a glance.
