The Globe Food Equipment 3850PF automatic slicer has a 13" serrated knife that is tough enough to slice frozen meats. This slicer features antimicrobial protection, stainless steel construction, and a knife sharpening system. The 3850PF slicer operates in manual or automatic mode has the EZ-Glide™ adjustable slicing table.
