I'm a civilian, not a restaurant operator. Bought one of these because I hate opening oysters. Not any more. Put the oyster on the bed, line it up and "Open Sesame". Did a quarter bushel of them last night and only found one I could not open at once.
Very clever gadget, well-made and does what they say.
