The scale is not reading correctly. How do I calibrate the scale?

QUESTION
Hi , could setup the Unit to "just in Ounces" the setup now is Lb-once , so for 17 ounces says 1 LB -1 ounce , i need 17 ounces!!

Hi, this scale will not weigh in ounces only. If the item is one pound or more, it will display the pounds first, then ounces. Thank you.

Does the scale measure in fractions of an ounce? 1/2, 1/4, etc. my intended use is to measure ingredients on a sandwich during build.

QUESTION
The spec sheet lists 2 AAA batteries or AC Adaptor, where the response to a question on Jan 13 states 1 ea 9 volt battery for operation.

I have a Taylor TE10C Scale. When I turn it on it looks like the word LOADED comes up BACKWORDS I've tried replaceing the battery put it still happens

what are working temps can this be used in a frezer

Hi. I would not recommend using this Taylor® Digital 10 lb Portion Scale in a freezer for prolonged periods because the humidity might result in malfunction of the scale. Thanks!
