this side of this pot appears to be perforated? if this is so could whats the size of the holes.?

Hi. The side of this has a slight brushed finish, and is not perforated. Here is a pot with perforation, item# 142104. The holes are 1/8".

Does this pot work on an induction burner? Will a magnet stick to the bottom? Is it flat bottomed? Is the diameter of the bottom at least 4"?
