what sizes do these come in?

The size of the basket is 24" x 6" x 13-3/4" (WxHxD).

i know the basket is 24" wide but how wide are the hookups to the chair frame

Depends on what size chair. They could be 20" apart or 22" apart.

How does it mount to wheelchair?

My wifes transport chair is l7" wide , will this basket work?

The attaching bracket would be too wide to work on the 17" wide chair.

Can the basket be attached and detached easily? What does it weigh?

There are mounting instructions under the literature tab...if you are asking about once it is installed then it simply folds/lifts up thanks to a mounting hinge..the basket weighs approximately 3 lbs

This item is the basket only. The literature tab had instructions how to attach the basket to a wheelchair and it will lift/fold on a hinge after attached. Thank you.
