I need parts for this particular item the spring that holds the upper part of the presser.

Answer:

Hi. Sorry, we do not carry that particular part. I believe it's part # XTSA0001, HANDLE SPRING TSA(ALL) (# 30). We will have an Operating Manual uploaded to the "Literature" tab by tomorrow, which has a parts diagram. Thanks!
