Matfer Bourgeat Mandolin 2000S Slicer with Pusher and All Blades

The Matfer mandoline 2000S slicer has serrated blades to create crinkle and waffle cuts, straight blades to slice fruits and vegetables, and julienne blades in 3 different thicknesses (1/8", 3/16" or 3/8"). It's made of heat resistant Fiberglass® and has a safety guard and pusher to protect you hands.

Please give details about the blades. What does "all blades" include?

Answer:

There are three Julienne blades of 1/8", 3/16", 3/8". Also a waffle blade is included with the three julienne blades.

Can the thickness of the slicer be modified? I'm looking for one with adjustable slicer thickness settings

Hi. Yes, the stainless steel plate located on the upper section of the mandoline adjusts to vary the thickness of the veg/fruit slices. There are 3 julienne blades and a reversible straight/waffle blade included. Thanks!
