Rubbermaid® 1/9 Hot Food Pan Cover W/ Peg Hole, Amber
Rubbermaid is break resistant and won't rust or bend. The microwave and dishwasher safe pans feature a non-stick surface. The lids are designed for use between -40°F to 375°F (-40°C to 109°C), but they are cooler to the touch than metal. The peg hole is used for saving space while the lid hang dries. The cold food pan lid meets the C.E.N. Gastronorm specification 631-1 developed by the European Committee for Standardization. The Rubbermaid cold food pan lid is made of FDA compliant material and is certified to NSF Std. #2. Amber color for visible recognition of hot container.
