Star® Ultra-Max® gas griddles are covered by a 1 year parts and labor warranty. These griddles provide a highly polished stainless steel surface for even cooking results every time. This model provides snap action thermostat temperature controls for accurate control. This griddle features a "Euro-style" design and ergonomic front control panel. There are 30,000 BTU burners every 12". Ultra-Max® gas griddles have a front grease trough and grease chute for easy clean-up.
