APW Wyott Ease*Extreme™ (4) Drawer Digital Holding Drawer, HDX-4

The HDX-4 Ease*Extreme™ new digital solid-state control systems provide a more consistent flow of energy (Tighter cycle swings), resulting in rapid start up and recovery times. Temperature in each drawer is capable of reaching up to 200° and the perimeter heating element distributes hot air throughout the drawer cavity, avoiding "hot spots" in the pan that can cause excessive drying of food. All drawers are insulated on top and sides to focus heat towards food in each drawer. The new flip down drawer fronts are designed to allow maximum accessibility and allows the operator to get to pan for unloading or cleaning. The HDX also features a top control panel with LED read-outs make it simple for employees to set correct temperatures and to monitor holding conditions.
