Pitco® Mega High Efficiency Gas Fryer with 34 x 24" Fry Area

This Mega gas fryer has a temperature limit switch that safely shuts off all gas flow if the fryer temperature exceeds the upper limit. This gas fryer automatically lights the pilot when the power is turned on and saves money during off times by using a matchless ignition.
