We use these for our water jugs that we give to guests daily. They work well! The only thing about them is that the cooks think they're disposable, because of the aesthetics. Easy to manage as long as we communicate with them that the caps are reusable.

We have several old milk bottles, as well as ones we've purchased here, and these work great as tops in the fridge. They arent leak proof, nor do they claim to be, but we simply use them to store extra coffee for iced coffee and/or extra drinks from smaller bottles (to consolidate) so leak-proof is not a feature we need. We also use these to serve things like OJ at Brunch -- so it looks prettier on the table. Overall very satisfied. We have not used the tamper evident band (I simply removed them all when I got the tops) but they seemed sturdy and adequate. These tops have held up in the dishwasher... although, they are light so make sure they are secured in some manner.

Lids seal tight against the StanPac Plain Glass 1 Qt Milk Bottle. Have not experienced any leakage so far.
QUESTION Are these caps white or more of an off white/cream color?
The picture would suggest cream but I want to be sure before I purchase.
Thanks!
Susan
ANSWER Hello, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. These caps are listed as white. I believe the cream color on the manufacturer’s photo was a result poor lighting. Thank you!
