Is there an ice core in this or a way to keep it cold?

Answer:

The only way of keeping the beverage cold is to add ice in the container.

Is the "lemonade" sign included? Can it be easily removed to use for other beverages (fruit punch, iced tea, etc)?

The lemonade sign is included, but you have the option of not placing the label on the dispenser.
